**What do you like best about ROSS?**

I love going to ross for skincare, body care and fragrances for low price.

**What do you dislike about ROSS?**

Its really unorganized, clothes sizes are mixed, some items are damaged, not really a lot of associates on the floor to assist

providing low prices for clothing, skincare, body care, fragrances and shoes

**What do you like best about ROSS?**

I can find quality apparels and home decor pieces at affordable prices. The ease of finding a physical store close by and being able to return the purchase if you find any issues with it.

**What do you dislike about ROSS?**

Sometimes the shelves are empty. I guess because a lot of people go in there. The queues can be very long and it takes patience and determination to get in the line.

**What problems is ROSS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Affordable household decor
Quality clothes that you can see before purchase.
Physical stores located at select areas that are easily accessible.
Unique finds for less.
