Eve Legal Reviews & Product Details

It’s very easy to use, and it makes working with AI feel safe because it’s a closed system. I trust it enough to upload confidential client files, and it has saved me a lot of time. I especially love that it can fill out court forms now, which saves me $$$ as well as time.

Overall, I really like the ease of use and how much time it saves me when drafting documents. I also appreciate that it keeps my client files confidential and feels secure as a closed system. On top of that, I like that it syncs with Dropbox, that I can upload a library to pull templates from, that it can research online, and that it supports automations. The only issue for me is the pricing. I really wish it cost less and was more affordable overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eve Legal enhances my practice with its efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to manage large amounts of information. It assists in drafting correspondence, discovery requests, and settlement demands. I love the new feature that provides access to statutes, regulations, and literature, which has been incredibly valuable. The customer service is excellent, with responsive, client-friendly support from the team who are open to suggestions. Changes I've proposed have been swiftly integrated. Eve Legal significantly speeds up processes and improves my workload management, making me a more efficient attorney. It integrates seamlessly into my practice, and its ease of use makes it intuitive and straightforward to interface with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the medical record summaries could always be better. Especially with medical records, I don't want any interpretation or gloss, I want the exact words that the doctor is saying. Eve has constantly improved on that, but every once in a while, instead of just copying and pasting the exact sections like the subjective or history sections, it removes details or adds its own gloss. I want to know exactly what those records say without any spin or summary. I’d like to see improvement in summarizing medical records by capturing the exact words and separating the relevant from the irrelevant, without Eve deciding what's important or summarizing. What stands out most about Eve Legal is that it was clearly designed with actual law firm workflows in mind. Rather than simply adding AI to existing processes, it helps reduce administrative work, standardize repetitive tasks, and allows attorneys and staff to focus on higher-value legal work. From an operations perspective, the platform has the potential to improve consistency, reduce turnaround times, and scale processes without requiring proportional increases in staffing. I've also been impressed by the team's responsiveness to feedback. They actively collaborate with firms throughout development, which gives me confidence the product will continue evolving to address real operational needs rather than theoretical use cases. That combination of practical AI, operational focus, and a customer-driven development approach is what differentiates Eve Legal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have any major criticisms of the platform. Like any software, there are occasional feature requests or workflow enhancements we'd like to see, but the Eve team has consistently listened to our feedback and incorporated it into their development roadmap. Having a vendor that actively partners with its customers and responds quickly to real-world operational needs has made any concerns relatively minor compared to the overall value the platform provides. Eve Legal is not just trying to be another AI company. Eve has really stood out to us as because they are trying to build an all-in-one AI system for law firms. From Intake to settlement, we have been able to complete every task required in the lifetime of a case through Eve. The UI is intuitive and very easy to navigate. Eve integrates with our current operating system and other providers that we have in our tech stack. The most impressive part about Eve is the humans that work there and the people we have grown close to through this process. Eve's support staff is the best out there and they truly care about the success of the firm not just if they are meeting their deliverables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much that we dont like about Eve. Support is so responsive that any issues we have seen pop up have been handled within days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its ability to take usually laborious tasks and not only speed them up but streamline the process to a degree that frees me up to focus on much more in a single day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I personally would like a phone application, to be able to access Eve quickly and easily on the go. I know it is also in the works, but a case management software feature would be incredible, as we are currently working out of two systems, eve and Leap, our legal case management software. As far as the actual features of eve, I cannot think of anything I really dislike. I do wish it was better at sorting through cases/clients with multiple accidents. I know it is easy to say that separate cases should be separate eve matters, but sometimes when someone has an accident so close in time to another, those two cases are intrinsically linked, and it would be good to be able to ask eve about both cases under one eve matter. When I tried that, the responses I was getting weren't always completely accurate, but otherwise the software is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Eve Legal for analysis of my cases, drafting documents, outlines for depositions, and case evaluations. I like the format and the way it integrates with our case management software. The chat agents are very useful for asking questions about my cases, getting case evaluations, and drafting outlines. I also use the drafting agent to draft legal documents, especially discovery papers, and summons and complaints. I sometimes use the leads function when a new prospective case comes in to determine if it's a case we want to bring in. The integration with my case management software and legal research systems like Westlaw enhances my workflow. The initial setup was very easy, and it has become an essential part of my daily work, acting as a starting point for almost everything I do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate Eve Legal's efficiency, which has helped our law firm handle cases in a much more efficient manner and move them faster than before. The drafting agents in Eve Legal are incredibly useful for drafting complaints and demand letters. We uploaded previous drafts, and Eve was brilliant in using those to draft complete documents for new clients by extrapolating relevant information from the client files. I also like the people at Eve Legal, like Mohammed, who have been amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, always available to get us up to speed quickly. The initial setup was easy because of the fantastic people at Eve Legal who made it all straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think they're still getting up to speed on the legal research functions. So I'm looking forward to seeing where that goes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact you can input your data, ask Eve Legal to perform a task with specific instructions and upon completion you have a fantastic work product. This is more efficient and then allows me time to properly confirm all data is accurate. This is a great tool for work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is sometimes the template used provides a report that does require some time for additional formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eve is very helpful to us in our personal injury department, especially for summarizing medical records and finding particular answers regarding the content of medical records and a client's treatment. It also helps us greatly when generating demand packages to send to adjusters. It has definitely served as a great asset to our department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are still working with our contact with Eve in order to improve the way Eve reads medical bills, in order to have it analyze the numbers correctly for the calculations we need, but we can tell that Eve is definitely developing quickly and we are excited about the progress. It frees up from the mundane and routine tasks that occupy most of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I ask for a task to be completed and it gives me follow up suggestions, I sometimes want to use all of the follow up suggestions, but the program only lets me choose one and the rest disappear after I use one. I'd like to be able to use multiple suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
