That is a big step forward. Instead of working mainly from assumptions, we now have clearer data-backed direction on where to focus our efforts and where interventions can have the most impact.

Root also helps us structure item-level LCA data in a consistent way, which supports both reporting and DPP preparation. The platform makes complex datasets more manageable and improves alignment between sustainability, product, and reporting teams.

A key improvement area for us would be more flexible output formats, so data can be translated more easily into specific external frameworks and market requirements. Root provides us with the insights and structure we need to truly embed sustainability in our company. We now have a complete overview of our scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions as well as detailed product footprints. It feels like we truly have a handle on the impact of our products and thus on our future.
