Any questions we had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. With Root, we were able to move from fragmented Excel-based workflows to a structured, scalable way of working. The platform enabled us to complete a full corporate and product-level footprint analysis with significantly more ease, speed, and accuracy than before. **What do you dislike about Root?** Root is developing quickly, which means some features are still in progress. However, this also gives us the opportunity to help shape these features so they best fit our needs. **What problems is Root solving and how is that benefiting you?** Root brought clarity and consistency to our sustainability data, improved data quality, and gave us far deeper insights into our environmental and carbon impact. This made complex sustainability reporting not only manageable, but truly actionable. ### 2. That is a big step forward. Instead of working mainly from assumptions, we now have clearer data-backed direction on where to focus our efforts and where interventions can have the most impact. Root also helps us structure item-level LCA data in a consistent way, which supports both reporting and DPP preparation. The platform makes complex datasets more manageable and improves alignment between sustainability, product, and reporting teams. Another positive development is that Root is working on a scenario builder. That is very relevant for us, because it creates the opportunity to assess potential changes upfront and better understand the likely impact before making decisions. **What do you dislike about Root?** A key improvement area for us would be more flexible output formats, so data can be translated more easily into specific external frameworks and market requirements. For example, support for outputs aligned with French Eco Score / environmental labeling use cases would be very valuable. **What problems is Root solving and how is that benefiting you?** Root helps us structure and automate Life Cycle Assessment data collection across our full product portfolio. This solves the challenge of handling complex, fragmented supplier data and makes it possible to generate item-level footprint insights. It directly supports our VSME reporting and prepares us for Digital Product Passport requirements, saving time and ensuring reliable and transparent data for decision-making. ### 3.
