Since my last review, Root has become more valuable for us because it now gives us stronger evidence on where the main impact hotspots are across our portfolio. That is a big step forward. Instead of working mainly from assumptions, we now have clearer data-backed direction on where to focus our efforts and where interventions can have the most impact. Root also helps us structure item-level LCA data in a consistent way, which supports both reporting and DPP preparation. The platform makes complex datasets more manageable and improves alignment between sustainability, product, and reporting teams. Another positive development is that Root is working on a scenario builder. That is very relevant for us, because it creates the opportunity to assess potential changes upfront and better understand the likely impact before making decisions.

Root successfully supported us during a Deloitte audit, acting as a reliable and highly responsive partner throughout the entire process. Any questions we had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. With Root, we were able to move from fragmented Excel-based workflows to a structured, scalable way of working. The platform enabled us to complete a full corporate and product-level footprint analysis with significantly more ease, speed, and accuracy than before.

Root provides us with the insights and structure we need to truly embed sustainability in our company. We now have a complete overview of our scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions as well as detailed product footprints. It feels like we truly have a handle on the impact of our products and thus on our future.
