**What do you like best about Robility™?**

Robility™ helps me perform a lot of work and integrate processes in various departments into one system. For our team, this has been rather helpful as it has cut down the number of working hours we spend on this.

**What do you dislike about Robility™?**

It is relatively difficult to train the system especially in cases where there is a lot of detail or where the procedure is constantly changing. It has greatly limited its use especially for some of our more complex automation requirements.

**What problems is Robility™ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have identified that Robility™ has been good for automating different repetitive tasks so that my team could shift their attention towards more strategic tasks. The document understanding feature has proved quite useful especially in the case of invoices.
