Once it’s connected to the right source, it gives me all the information I need quickly and efficiently. **What do you dislike about Roadmappy?** Nothing at this point. The product does everything I’d expect it to do. **What problems is Roadmappy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roadmappy helps me get to the customer voice much faster, and I’ve seen value across several areas of the business. Marketing teams can quickly understand what customers are saying, the challenges they’re facing and how the brand could be better represented. Product teams can identify barriers to growth, recurring issues and opportunities to improve the product. From a sales perspective, it gives me a really useful view of CRM health. I can quickly understand sales blockers, see which reps are performing well and get a holistic view of what’s happening across a busy commercial organisation. ### 2.
