The convenience of having IT services organized in one place enhances productivity and reduces confusion. On the downside, clearer instructions and a more intuitive layout would improve the overall user experience.

"Great platform for IT management and employee onboarding"
4/5
What do you like best about Rippling IT?

Rippling makes employee onboarding and IT management much easier. We use it to manage company computers, inventory, and devices, and we can also purchase equipment through Rippling and have it shipped already configured. This saves the IT team a lot of time and makes the onboarding process much more efficient. The device and inventory management features work very well for our needs. What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

One issue I have experienced is with Splashtop. Sometimes it does not connect, or there can be a significant delay when trying to remotely access a computer. Aside from that, I have had a very good experience with Rippling, especially for employee onboarding, device and inventory management, and managing company equipment. "Convenient access to work apps in one place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling IT?

What I like best about Rippling IT is the convenience of accessing my work applications in one place. It makes everyday tasks easier and reduces the need to manage multiple logins. Rippling IT runs smoothly and lets me access my work applications without much delay. The onboarding process was straightforward, with clear guidance that helped me get started easily. I haven’t used its AI features enough to assess them, but the convenience of accessing my tools in one place has been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

Some settings and options can be difficult to find, which means I spend extra time navigating the platform. A clearer menu structure, better search, and short explanations within the app would make it easier to complete tasks independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes onboarding and managing app access completely effortless."
2.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling IT?

The automated app provisioning and unified dashboard are game-changers for us. Instead of manually creating accounts across 10+ third-party tools (like Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira), Rippling lets us assign role-based app access and Single Sign-On (SSO) in just two clicks during onboarding. The clean UI also saves our IT team roughly 4–5 hours per week on routine tickets, which delivers a massive ROI by cutting repetitive setup work and reducing security exposure when offboarding is delayed. What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

Initial setup and configuration can take a bit of time to get everything mapped out correctly, especially if you have a lot of custom roles or non-standard tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and efficient IT management for everyday workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling IT?

What I like most about Rippling IT is that it brings a range of IT management tasks into one place. Managing employee devices, access, applications and our onboarding and training feels much more straightforward than having to rely on several separate tools. The interface is easy to navigate, and the automation helps cut down on repetitive administrative work. Overall, it keeps day-to-day IT operations more organized, performative and makes them easier to manage. It can integrate with almost all platforms, we integrate it with Slack for a easier notifications. It's really cost efficient compared to the other products that are currently in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

Some areas of the platform can take a little time to understand when you're using them for the first time. There are also workflows where having more customization options would be helpful, especially for organizations with more complex IT processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid all-in-one IT and HR platform with a learning curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling IT?

The biggest advantage is having device management, app provisioning, and employee data in one place. When someone joins or leaves, access to apps and devices can be granted or removed automatically based on their role, which saves a lot of manual work. The admin console is clean, and the integrations with common tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365 were straightforward to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

Some of the advanced workflows and policy rules take time to configure, and the documentation doesn't always cover edge cases. Pricing can add up as you enable more modules. Support response times have also varied depending on the issue. Overall, it works well once it's set up, but expect some upfront effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Platform with a Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling IT?

I like being able to manage employee access, applications, and devices from a single platform. It makes onboarding, access changes, and offboarding much more straightforward, and I don’t have to jump between multiple tools just to take care of routine IT tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

There are quite a few settings and options, so it took me a little time to get familiar with everything. I also found that some administrative tasks require more configuration than I initially expected, especially when setting up permissions or creating customized workflows. "Rippling IT Makes Device Setup and Inventory Tracking Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling IT?

What I love about Rippling IT is that it consolidates device setup, app access, and inventory tracking into one tool, so I don’t have to jump between different tools to get the full picture. It was very easy and intuitive to begin with. I didn't feel like I needed a big learning curve to figure things out. It runs smoothly, devices sync with very little lag, and everything is tied back to the employee's profile, so if I need to look at someone's devices or access, it's all right there instead of in different systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

While it was easy for me to learn and use day to day, when I tried to get into more advanced things like custom reporting or setting up specific integrations, it has taken more work than I expected. It’s not an unfriendly place for beginners, per se, but some of that deeper customization can feel like it takes some extra technical know-how to get right, if you don’t have a dedicated IT background. "Efficient Automation, But Costs Add Up"
5/5
What do you like best about Rippling IT?

I love Rippling IT's automated onboarding and offboarding processes that save time and reduce manual work. It unifies administration, so we're all on the same system, which I really like. The integration between HR and IT reduces the number of disconnected tools and manual handoffs, providing and improving security. Rippling IT also makes it much easier to manage employees, multiple devices, and access within the same system, and it greatly simplifies financial processes by providing better visibility. It caters to our needs effectively even with around 300 employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

I would say cost can add up. Rippling IT is a powerful tool, but often paying for a broader platform so it can cost. Any can be a little complex sometimes, a little bit of a learning curve as well. And you may be paying for features that you don't use. A little challenging at first, but collectively, we were able to get through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A convenient solution for managing IT"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Rippling IT?

Rippling IT makes my day-to-day work easier because everything is managed in one place. I find it especially helpful when dealing with employee access, devices, and software, as I don’t have to spend as much time switching between different systems. The automation is probably the biggest advantage for me because it makes onboarding and offboarding simpler and helps reduce repetitive tasks. Overall, it saves time and keeps IT-related processes more organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling IT?

The main thing I find less helpful is that there are quite a lot of features, so it can take some time to get used to everything. Some settings are not immediately easy to find, and I sometimes need to spend extra time figuring out how certain things work. I also think the setup could be simpler for new users.
