**What do you like best about RingRx?**

It was easy and fast to setup, but lacked the features my business needed.

**What do you dislike about RingRx?**

My virtual assistant had very little access bc the web portal doesnt reflect text messages. They also continued billing me after my number was ported.

**What problems is RingRx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were unable to resolve the issue of texting for us, so we left. My virtual assistant couldnt see messages on the online portal- which really defeated the purpose for our business.
