**What do you like best about RGSystem?**

The tool is operational in a few minutes, it can be used in a wide range of situations. The results are immediate and understandable.

**What do you dislike about RGSystem?**

The web interface is improvable but it is not a blocking point.

**Recommendations to others considering RGSystem:**

RG System offers an integrated, turnkey solution that leaves time for customer relations and guarantees the same service for all company employees, regardless of their skills.

**What problems is RGSystem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have a complete and real-time view of the IT infrastructure to anticipate problems. It's a saving of time and money.
