**What do you like best about ReviewInc?**

Review Inc is an amazing product. First, it is loaded with features. After using it for several months, I am still learning new things it does. Each function seems to be very well-thought-out and leads to clear results. I got this product to help reach out to my customers so that they could comment on our service in online reviews. This process has worked very well and we have significantly improved our scores. Perhaps the best feature is that they have a support team like no other. Crystal has patiently worked over several sessions to help me discover the richness of this product. Well done, Review Inc!

**What do you dislike about ReviewInc?**

I don't find the menus intuitive. The program is loaded with features, but sometimes it is hard to find them.

Increasing our profile online.

**What do you like best about ReviewInc?**

What's helpful is that I am able to upload a number of contacts at a single time by using a simple template. This saves me a tremendous amount of time.

**What do you dislike about ReviewInc?**

If there was a way to extract info from a scheduling software like Patient Now or NexTech, it would eliminate the need for having to manually input patient info.

**What problems is ReviewInc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to ask for multiple reviews at a time by sending an email template, vs. reaching out to patients individually. We have received more positive reviews with Review Inc. than without using it.

**What do you like best about ReviewInc?**

I like the reports function in order to stay abrest of the reviews that are coming in from multiple sites. I like the fact that I can submit 120 customers per month in order to generate positive and negative private and public feedback. Monitoring is much easier using this platform than others.

**What do you dislike about ReviewInc?**

I wish we could submit more than 120 for the price we are paying. Otherwise there is little that can be done to make your site better.  I am very pleased thus far and will continue to use ReviewInc.

**Recommendations to others considering ReviewInc:**

Remember that ReviewInc collects reviews from all public reviw sites and that when reviews are updated it may take a few days to get the update at ReviewInc. No worries they are always on top of this and are extremely accurate and a great way to track your overall score for reviews.

**What problems is ReviewInc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With ReviewInc I am able to easily see and resolve the majority of my negative reviews from one platform.  The easy to see format ensures accuracy and effectiveness in my research. This site is a saving grace for our company and we truly love using the services you all provide.

**What do you like best about ReviewInc?**

We now create a Reviews page on each of our client's websites do display testimonials their clients have given them. We make this part of our Local SEO package and it's a client favorite. Then we have our clients send the link out to their clients, and ask them for their reviews - most are happy to give the feedback.

**What do you dislike about ReviewInc?**

Some of the Schema markup has issues, buy we have been in contact with the support team and they have fixed it right up. Other than that I personally don't have any complaints, and the one issue I did have has beeen fixed.

**What problems is ReviewInc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A huge benefit is automating the entire review process for our clients. Instead of having the client collect reviews, send them over to us, and then having to manually add them to each clients site, our client just sends out the link for clients to leave feedback and it's all automatically added to the client site after we add the widget code. No more having to go back and update everytime a new review is left.

Ease of responding to Google & Facebook reviews. Also the word clouds & ability to set location filters.

**What do you dislike about ReviewInc?**

Not able to connect to Yelp/TripAdvisor integration. However, it is convenient to be able to see all of the reviews there, rather than having to keep checking those sites continuously.

**Recommendations to others considering ReviewInc:**

Great platform to collect all Google My Business listings and Facebook pages into one for ease of responding to reviews.

**What problems is ReviewInc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Certain locations were not responding to reviews/not having the "time" to login to all of the platforms to respond. Ability to respond all at once making it easier for everyone on the different teams.

The platform does what is expected, helps secure positive review, but also offers some extra goodies too like a website embed widget, and incredible support.

**What do you dislike about ReviewInc?**

Things aren't aesthetically pleasing with the platform, and some features could stand some reworking. More conditional logic options built into the solicitation workflow would be nice.

**Recommendations to others considering ReviewInc:**

Understand the workflow options completely during the trial, and think of implementation methods well in advance.

To support our GMB listings, by asking for reviews!

Review Inc has an easy way of tracking what accounts have been emailed and which ones haven't which is extremely convenient! The process of uploading contacts is also quick and doesn't take a lot of time out of the work day, which is important!

**What do you dislike about ReviewInc?**

There are lots of tabs, which makes the website a bit confusing if not used daily.

**What problems is ReviewInc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were confused as to why our emails weren't showing as "delivered", but Crystal clarified with specifics as to how the process works with timezones which was very helpful!

The ease of use and functionality makes this software easy for a beginner to set up and begin receiving feedback, reviews, and reporting easily.

Setting up automation can be tricky, but that issue more often than not seems to be related to the CRM capabilities and not related to Review Inc.

The interface can be a little confusing to navigate until you get used to it.

A one stop shop to glance at all review outlets.

Some reviews do not transfer over to review inc in real time or at all.

Communication with staff regarding reviews is key. We use this as a tool to improve performance and acknowledge great performance.

I like that ability to capture reviews before they hit the public floor and asking a few questions before a review is made is helpful information.

The back end isn't very user friendly and the reports aren't exactly what I am looking for.

Whether a client is having a positive process or one with hiccups we are able to capture that information quickly before it becomes an issue.

The ReviewInc.com software is very simple to use, easy to implement, software that actually works.The staff care about giving you the best customer service and support imaginable .

I have been using the software Since 2015. I have yet to find anything wrong with the software.

ReviewInc.com is an amazing company. I have seen companies online repuation go from a 1.9 star to a 4.3 in matter of months. Just because you have to ask for reviews! No one writes reviews for positive situations.
