I like the reports function in order to stay abrest of the reviews that are coming in from multiple sites. I like the fact that I can submit 120 customers per month in order to generate positive and negative private and public feedback. Monitoring is much easier using this platform than others. We now create a Reviews page on each of our client's websites do display testimonials their clients have given them. We make this part of our Local SEO package and it's a client favorite. What do you dislike about ReviewInc? Some of the Schema markup has issues, buy we have been in contact with the support team and they have fixed it right up. What problems is ReviewInc solving and how is that benefiting you? A huge benefit is automating the entire review process for our clients. Instead of having the client collect reviews, send them over to us, and then having to manually add them to each clients site, our client just sends out the link for clients to leave feedback and it's all automatically added to the client site after we add the widget code.
