**What do you like best about RetroCube?**

The initial cost of development seemed competitive and they supposedly had an office in Dallas.

**What do you dislike about RetroCube?**

There was a very clear functional specification including flow charts. The team did not deliver on the documented requirements after having been paid in full for the work. We ended up having to hire another development firm to complete the project. Making the total cost just about double what Retro quoted. Also, development progress was VERY slow.

**Recommendations to others considering RetroCube:**

I would not work with RetroCube again. If you decide to work with them for some reason then I suggest setting the contract up so that they are paid based on delivered functionality milestones. So maybe a start up portion but all other payments are only made AFTER user acceptance testing. Expect development to be slow and any poor performance on their part will be met with no concessions for you. Do not recommend working with them.
