**What do you like best about Restaurant Call Center?**

We have chosen this application for a client of our commercial firm who operates a wide-ranging catering business, to try to increase takeaway sales through delivery, via phone orders. And so far, the results in terms of sales have been quite satisfying.

**What do you dislike about Restaurant Call Center?**

Restaurant Call Center is not entirely straightforward and requires a minimum of effort to learn to use it effectively, even though the website states that no special training is necessary to use their software. The initial package includes only 90 days of technical support, after which it is paid, except in the case where one decides to resort to emails.

**Recommendations to others considering Restaurant Call Center:**

I personally recommend the application to restaurants, inns, wine bars, or hospitality-accommodation businesses that want to increase their visibility and thus the opportunity to reach an ever-growing audience, not only for on-site service at the venue but also for takeout.

**What problems is Restaurant Call Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Restaurant Call Center application has so far enabled a medium-large restaurant, our client, to better manage takeout orders, increasing its revenue.

It can be expensive for smaller business and not always up to date.
