"Easy-to-Use Comment Management with Powerful Filtering and Reply Context"
What do you like best about Respondology?

The comments and reply section is incredibly easy to use. I can see all comments, filter to different platforms, filter to specific dates etc. It's also incredibly useful that not only can you be taken directly to the post the comment was left on our Facebook and Instagram pages, but also see the parent comment to replies. I find that most of the time the performance is good, and I can complete my allotted work effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Respondology?

While the overall site is easy to use and navigate, I do find that there are sometimes issues with not being able to click on specific dates meaning I can't see comments from the days I need to. Also, when hiding or unhiding comments, there is quite a delay between clicking the button and the status changing meaning I'm waiting a while to go to the next page due to not wanting to lose the progress. Whilst this isn't a major issue, if it were a faster response, I could complete my work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Respondology is how it takes the stress out of managing social conversations at scale. The ability to automatically monitor and filter comments—especially by hiding negative or harmful ones—helps keep our brand presence positive without requiring constant manual oversight. It also feels like the platform is always evolving; they consistently roll out new features based on real user needs, which makes it clear they’re listening and committed to improving the experience. What do you dislike about Respondology?

I'm not as in tune with the dashboard and I'm fairly unfamiliar with how to adjust keywords within the platform. With that being said, the team is very responsive and willing to help adjust when needed. What do you like best about Respondology?

I use Respondology for automated community moderation of brand social accounts and community insights. Respondology saves a lot of manual time and effort by automatically removing harmful, damaging, political, inflammatory, and hateful speech from our brand accounts. I like how easy it is to set up and run automatically without needing constant supervision and oversight. It's simple to set up for each brand account and train the AI level of protection to the individual nuance of each brand, which saves a lot of extra time and headache. The platform works really well and is very intuitive. Very simple, the team guided us and it was a very quick and simple setup. I would definitely recommend Respondology, likely about a 9. What do you dislike about Respondology?

Truly the moderation and insights increase the baseline functionality of community management for my team.
