What do you like best about Respondology?

I love Respondology's user-friendly UI and easy setup, which makes it very easy to quickly tackle any tasks that require immediate attention. I appreciate the speed of the tool and the growing list of features. What do you dislike about Respondology?

Very very minor product elements that I'd love to see implemented, but no major issues! I'd love to see certain elements/tags of hidden comments with the Discover product, not just in Moderate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Respondology?

I love how Respondology helps us get rid of spam and abusive comments, which is crucial for social media moderation. I appreciate that it runs in the background with very little maintenance, allowing our team to operate without having to maintain the platform actively. The lower cost and X coverage also stood out as key reasons for switching to Respondology, making it a more affordable solution for us. What do you dislike about Respondology?
