What I like best is the accuracy and how it seamlessly integrates with Mitsubishi's product line. It saves me a ton of time because I don't have to manually look up specs. The user interface feels a bit dated and it took me a while to figure out where everything was. I also wish it had a more functional mobile version for when I'm on-site. It solves the huge problem of manually calculating the right size HVAC system for a house, which is incredibly time-consuming and easy to get wrong. I tried this product but eventually went with another vendor due to cost consideration. Overall functionality is nice. Easy to locate a customer and the integration tools are great.
