The quality of their inspections, what they find, and their customer service stand out. I’m happier with the reports, and our properties are more protected. It lets us focus on the things that matter in our business. Their approach is great, and I would recommend them 10 out of 10. **What do you dislike about Resident Inspect?** I’d like Resident Inspect to offer move-in and move-out inspections. Their approach doesn’t really need to change; additional services would be awesome. **Recommendations to others considering Resident Inspect:** If inspections are taking up too much of your team’s time or you’re looking for a more scalable way to handle them, I would absolutely recommend giving Resident Inspect a try. It has streamlined the process for us, reduced the operational burden on our team, and created a better experience for everyone involved. The team is also incredibly responsive and genuinely understands property management. **What problems is Resident Inspect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resident Inspect helps us handle the volume of monthly inspections and improve inspection quality. This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2026 **What do you like best about Resident Inspect?** I appreciate their technology, which allows me to order inspections and I appreciate their dashboard, and I also appreciate their consistent and thorough communication communications with tenants in regards to scheduling their periodic inspections **What do you dislike about Resident Inspect?** There isn’t anything that I dislike about resident but they do a fantastic job and have solved for a major problem that I was experiencing **Recommendations to others considering Resident Inspect:** If you need boots on the ground inspections and you need tenant accountability for maintaining a home and confirming there are no lease violations and being able to better understand maintenance issues resident inspect is the go to the partner **What problems is Resident Inspect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resident inspect is solving a problem in regards to helping us stay on top of our periodic inspections and also do HOA follow up inspections.
