**Describe the project or task Applied Software helped with:**

I have worked with ASTI for the past 10 years. Every time I have worked with ASTI they have been nothing but helpful!

**What do you like best about Applied Software?**

They have great customer service! If I call with an issue it takes minutes for them to get back to me. They also have great software that helps make my job easier. 

**What do you dislike about Applied Software?**

There is not a downside of using ASTI they have been helpful every step of the way. 

**Recommendations to others considering Applied Software:**

If you are looking for a new provider of your Autodesk software I would give ASTI a call! They are helpful every step of the way.

**What problems is Applied Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, ASTI is helping us with all of our Autodesk software and training and we are working with them on BlueBeam.

**Describe the project or task Applied Software helped with:**

When we moved to Revit we needed to find a partner that was able to provide the fabrication content and database management tools that would make us successful - we found that the Value Pack and the continuing services that ASTI offers were the correct choice for our company. 

**What do you like best about Applied Software?**

I appreciate the timely responses and involvement that the team at ASTI maintains. When I need an answer they are readily available. 

**What do you dislike about Applied Software?**

I would like to see the development of a web based application that provides spooling and BOM data.
