**What do you like best about M3 Technology Consultants?**

The preplanning was impressive, and I enjoyed the solution-based consultation and the explanation of how things will move forward.  There was no guessing game on the next steps and how things would roll out.  We were also given a timeline on when we could see an ROI.

**What do you dislike about M3 Technology Consultants?**

There was a disconnect at the beginning and after the rollout.  We didn't have a contact list and weren't sure who to contact when a few issues arose.  But for the most part, it was great

**Recommendations to others considering M3 Technology Consultants:**

This first-class company puts your needs and concerns at the forefront to provide a rock-solid solution.  The value they add from an outside vendor is excellent.

**What problems is M3 Technology Consultants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed assistance in upgrading equipment and business applications.  We also leaned on them for our license management.  After bringing them in to implement their strategy, we increased business production within the first year.
