The preplanning was impressive, and I enjoyed the solution-based consultation and the explanation of how things will move forward. There was no guessing game on the next steps and how things would roll out. We were also given a timeline on when we could see an ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was a disconnect at the beginning and after the rollout. We didn't have a contact list and weren't sure who to contact when a few issues arose. But for the most part, it was great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
