The reporting feature is something that we use ever single day to relay to staff what needs to be done. Second to that, I have recently figured out how WorkFlow functions and use it to inform different members of our staff about their individual responsibilities. Reserve is great for taking reservations and interacting with customers. It is easy to search for guests and available tables. It also is a great system for interacting with guests over text and and keeping a database of information on them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve can be steep, but once you learn how to use Reserve, it is pretty smooth. Sometimes reservations will pop up as "in progress" and will not go away even after reloading the app. The problem is usually solved eventually with support from Reserve, but hinders the functionality temporarily.
