**What do you like best about Reserve?**

Text to call wait list.  The ability to distinguish if the guest is on their way.

**What do you dislike about Reserve?**

I don't like that you can't see the full ticket for the table.

Best way to keep people out of the small lobbys

You can see the calendar of events right there and then and I love that we can have a variety of venues

**What do you dislike about Reserve?**

There are lots of fields that are not applicable to our specific work

**Recommendations to others considering Reserve:**

It’s great if you have multiple venues to create a BO and send out info to your internal team

**What problems is Reserve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to book event spaces and plan our catering, logistics, etc.

**What do you like best about Reserve?**

The reporting feature is something that we use ever single day to relay to staff what needs to be done. Second to that, I have recently figured out how WorkFlow functions and use it to inform different members of our staff about their individual responsibilities.

**What do you dislike about Reserve?**

The one thing that has been  a negative for us is that we are a camp and ReServe is not set up to run exactly how we need 'out of the box', but we have made it work.

**Recommendations to others considering Reserve:**

Do the training, and ask all the questions.

**What problems is Reserve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have found ways to get information out the the staff that we need to in a very timely fashion by using WorkFlow and reports. WorkFlow is turly amazing when you learn how it can work for you.

**What do you like best about Reserve?**

Reserve is great for taking reservations and interacting with customers. It is easy to search for guests and available tables. It also is a great system for interacting with guests over text and and keeping a database of information on them.

**What do you dislike about Reserve?**

The learning curve can be steep, but once you learn how to use Reserve, it is pretty smooth. Sometimes reservations will pop up as "in progress" and will not go away even after reloading the app. The problem is usually solved eventually with support from Reserve, but hinders the functionality temporarily. The system in place for adjusting table times is also not intuitive. The app has also crashed on me a couple times. 

**What problems is Reserve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Reserve to solve the problem of organizing reservations for a small restaurant. Benefits I have realized from using reserve is that it allows you to update specific details on guests, and see which server took their table the last time they were in the restaurant.
