**What do you like best about RequestFX?**

It can answer complex security questionnaires in Excel spreadsheets and return the results in the same format. This saves us a lot of time and makes the process much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about RequestFX?**

I love how the product saves us a lot of time, but I wish it had an integration with Confluence as that would make it easer to update the internal KB.

**What problems is RequestFX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It answers complex RFP/security questionnares and saves us a lot of time (and reduces the costs).
