**What do you like best about REPSLog?**

I use REPSLog almost daily to track my real estate hours, and it’s made the process so much easier. The AI and speech-to-text features are incredibly helpful for logging entries quickly on the go. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, and I love being able to see my total hour count at a glance. I also really appreciate the ability to assign entries to specific properties and export my log as a CSV to share with my CPA.
The app even connected me with a great real estate CPA through its tax expert recommendations. Plus, their support team has been impressively fast and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance.

**What problems is REPSLog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a real estate investor aiming to qualify for Real Estate Professional Status, I need to track my daily material participation in rental activities to stay compliant and audit-ready. Before REPSLog, this was tedious and time-consuming. Now, I can log everything much more efficiently and stay on top of my 750-hour goal. It’s also helped me better understand where I stand—whether I need to increase involvement or consider acquiring more properties to meet the IRS criteria.
