**What do you like best about ReplyKaro?**

The automation setup is pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. I liked that it connects directly with Instagram and handles keyword-based triggers without needing any technical knowledge. The response time is fast and it genuinely feels like someone's always available to reply to my audience, which has helped with follower trust.

**What do you dislike about ReplyKaro?**

The dashboard could use some polish — it feels a bit basic at times. I'd also love more detailed analytics on which triggers are performing best. Sometimes there's a slight delay in webhook responses but it's not a dealbreaker. Would be great to have A/B testing for different reply templates too.

**Recommendations to others considering ReplyKaro:**

If you're a creator or small business running Instagram campaigns, it's worth trying. Just spend some time setting up your keyword triggers properly — that's where most of the value comes from. Start with the free plan to test it out before committing.

**What problems is ReplyKaro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing Instagram DMs manually was eating up a lot of my time, especially when the same questions kept coming in repeatedly. ReplyKaro automates those responses so I can focus on creating content instead of being stuck replying to messages all day. It's helped me stay consistent with engagement even when I'm not online.
