We just started working with rentrax, and the impact on our business has been great in just a few months. Inventory management, SKU-based items, and effective platform maintenance scheduling were all important to our success. Due to its complexity, the first setup of rentrax can be a little challenging. However the onboarding process went smoothly because of their excellent customer support. Previously, we had booking conflicts when our equipment was under maintenance. Our staff frequently needed help to track when products would be rentable, resulting in customer dissatisfaction. Those issues no longer exist. The software's effective system eliminates disputes and provides clear visibility into equipment availability following maintenance.
