It is most helpful if you need an easy to use remote management solution. It shows PC health indicators and logs to help with your security management. 2FA is also a great security touch they've added. Simple easy to understand interface. What problems is RemoteToPC solving and how is that benefiting you? Better able to support users remotely for IT help-desk tasks, patch management, and troubleshooting.
