## About RemoteToPC
RemoteToPC began as a private company in Texas in 2014. Founded by people from the IT industry, we built a product to do remote system monitoring and tech support, but later we added features that made it a fast, easy to use remote desktop access application for everyone. Zero configuration remote computer access for personal, business, or IT. We have plans that allow you to work on your remote computer as if you are there in front of it. Multi-monitor support and other features like remote printing, remote reboot, reboot into safe mode, along with monitoring and alerts of critical functions for those who need to provide remote support. RemoteToPC provides fast, secure remote computer access for everyone.

**What do you like best about RemoteToPC?**

In my company, I have managed to solve many problems since I do not need to move from my computer, since with this tool I can connect to my colleagues' teams and provide support faster.

**What do you dislike about RemoteToPC?**

I think everything is very good with this application, it allows a quick and very secure connection.

**What problems is RemoteToPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am technical support, and when my colleagues from distant offices need help. I connect remotely and it is easier for me to solve configuration and connection problems. among other cases.

**What do you like best about RemoteToPC?**

It is most helpful if you need an easy to use remote management solution. It shows PC health indicators and logs to help with your security management.  2FA is also a great security touch they've added. Simple easy to understand interface. Email notification for devices that trigger usage alerts.

**What do you dislike about RemoteToPC?**

pricing jumps from aprox. 20 to 300 devices. I would like to see per-device pricing or at least smaller increments on price tiers. More logs for security and an API to connect to security suites.

**What problems is RemoteToPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better able to support users remotely for IT help-desk tasks, patch management, and troubleshooting. It's easy for the support engineer to jump on any workstation without the user having to click anything. It also has a "wake on LAN" feature which I love!

Functionality with reasonable costs make it very usable especially for the end user to work from home.

**What do you dislike about RemoteToPC?**

For techs it does not allow for session transfer, chat or session recording

Wonderful for the end client to be able to work from home

Not much to dislike but maybe the UI could be a lil more modern!

I am able to log into me pc and it makes it able for me to work from home or remote in anytime I am not in the office

Wish it was a little easier to navigate around.

**What do you like best about RemoteToPC?**

The service is a great value with good features and performance. Improvements and enhancements are being pushed out every few days. Their techs are very responsive to questions.

**What do you dislike about RemoteToPC?**

The service is not available on Android yet and like others doesn't support Windows XP or Server 2003.

**Recommendations to others considering RemoteToPC:**

Give it a try on your own computers and then with some customers to see what you think.

**What problems is RemoteToPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access of customer computers including file transfer allowing me to install and update software, recover data from backups, make corrections and additions, train users in other locations, and help diagnose and repair network and internet issues.
