Relesys customer service team is truly amazing. Always willing to try new ideas and the really make an effort to make the customer happy. I have had many years of good cooperation with them. They offer a fantastic communication tool that has taken our internal communication to new levels. The app is very easy to use and we can quickly reach out with information to our employees. What do you like best about Relesys?

Our app is a great communication tool for our employess. The administration backend is easy to use - and the user experience is nice in look & feel and is easy to manage.

The collaboration with our Client Success Manager is close, and I can always set up a meeting with very short notice. The support team is also very helpful and answers both mail and chat within a very short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relesys?

The look & feel is what you get. The app works within the tiles - and it is not possible to have a design without the tiles. So there are some features they don't have yet.

As an admin, Relesys is very easy to use. It is easy to create content including training modules and e-learning.

It is also possible to create an aesthetically great app.

I like the energy of the team, and that we have a close relationship during the development and implementation of the app. They listen to us and do their best to accommodate our demands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Relesys?

In the beginning, we had some difficulties. We have never developed an app before, and Relesys kind of assumed that we just knew what they were talking about, so it was a bit difficult to make decisions about the features, the design, layout, hierarchy etc. It would have been great if we could have had some more learning before the development phase.

There are some features in the app that are missing, and the system is not as agile as we hoped.

The price for the development and implementation of the app is okay, but then later on if we want some extra features in the app, it can be very expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation period was a bit rushed, and it would have been an advantage if we had more workshops in the process, to avoid making wrong decisions and rethinking afterward.

The pricing for new features and development is too high compared to the rather fair price for development.
