**What do you like best about Relesys?**

Relesys customer service team is truly amazing. Always willing to try new ideas and the really make an effort to make the customer happy. I have had many years of good cooperation with them. They offer a fantastic communication tool that has taken our internal communication to new levels. The app is very easy to use and we can quickly reach out with information to our employees.

**What do you dislike about Relesys?**

The price trend of the product and development has increased significantly in recent years

**What problems is Relesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The app is very easy to use and we can quickly reach out with information to our employees in a way we couldn't before. It also helps us create a sense of community between our different departments and department stores.

**What do you like best about Relesys?**

Our app is a great communication tool for our employess. The administration backend is easy  to use  - and the  user experience is nice in look & feel and is easy to manage.
The collaboration with our Client Success Manager is close, and I can always set up a meeting with very short notice. The support team is also very helpful and answers both mail and chat within a very short time.

**What do you dislike about Relesys?**

The look & feel is what you get. The app works within the tiles - and it is not possible to have a design without the tiles. So there are some features they don't have yet.
And the development cost (if you want to buy new feaures or packages) is very expensive.

**What problems is Relesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A unified platform of communicating with our employees.

**What do you like best about Relesys?**

We are highly impressed with Relesys as our app provider, particularly with their commitment to collaboration and the quality of their product. The platform has significantly enhanced our communication and training processes. The Relesys team has consistently been responsive and helpful, ensuring that our specific requests are not only understood but also addressed promptly. Their capability to develop tailored solutions has contributed to our positive experience. Areas where we see room for improvement: Firstly, we believe that the development of the desktop version would add significant value to the platform. Additionally, the structure of the back-end could benefit from enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience. Addressing these aspects would contribute further to the already commendable service provided by Relesys.

The platform efficiently consolidates almost all our communication channels into one centralized hub. This not only streamlines the dissemination of information but also ensures that the right individuals receive targeted messages tailored to their roles and responsibilities. Additionally, Relesys serves as a comprehensive solution for training.

**What do you like best about Relesys?**

As an admin, Relesys is very easy to use. It is easy to create content including training modules and e-learning.

It is also possible to create an aesthetically great app.

As a user, it is easy to access and requires no separate instructions to use. And the app creates a high level of engagement among our employees.

Reporting in the training module can be better.

Direct communication to all frontline employees.

It is really user friendly and engaging tool.
As administrator I always get good support and it is easy to to use.

I can´t think of anything right now.....

All our employers are expected to use the app.

**What do you like best about Relesys?**

The ease of use both as an administrator as well as an end-user, the customization possibilities to ensure on-brand look & feel as well as the different content blocks to ensure a dynamic user experience. The support from the Relesys team is outstanding, professional, and always problem-solving minded.

**What do you dislike about Relesys?**

Nothing specifically, we are very happy with the solution.

**What problems is Relesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal communication to the whole organization (both office-based and retail employees), still with the possibility to do targeted communication towards a specific user group. We also leverage Relesys to share our employee and brand relevant documents, such as policies, guidelines, and presentations.

**What do you like best about Relesys?**

The User Interface is quite clean and very simple.
I found it very easy to use and collaborate with my required people.
Good and flexible responses from the support team.

Nothing as such as of now.
I use it limited , so have not got enough to complain about

Easy and clean U.I for my interns made it very simple to use , rather than other Communications app.
Found it helpful for my startup.

**What do you like best about Relesys?**

I like the energy of the team, and that we have a close relationship during the development and implementation of the app. They listen to us and do their best to accommodate our demands.

**What do you dislike about Relesys?**

In the beginning, we had some difficulties. We have never developed an app before, and Relesys kind of assumed that we just knew what they were talking about, so it was a bit difficult to make decisions about the features, the design, layout, hierarchy etc. It would have been great if we could have had some more learning before the development phase. 

There are some features in the app that are missing, and the system is not as agile as we hoped. 

The price for the development and implementation of the app is okay, but then later on if we want some extra features in the app, it can be very expensive.

We solve our communication issues across countries, stores and HQ.
It is very easy to have important information distributed in the organization.

**What do you like best about Relesys?**

Easy to reach out to and connect with employees in all our shops and in all countries. 
Knowledge sharing is easy.
The support team is open-minded and helps us find solutions
Relesys is constantly listening to our requests and develops all the time - thats great.

**What do you dislike about Relesys?**

The implementation period was a bit rushed, and it would have been an advantage if we had more workshops in the process, to avoid making wrong decisions and rethinking afterward.
The pricing for new features and development is too high compared to the rather fair price for development. 
Sometimes the system is less agile than we could have wished for.

**What problems is Relesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have shops in 5 countries and with the Covid-19 situation we experienced difficulty in reaching out to all employees and sharing everything from HQ news to product training. With Relesys we have an open and easy to use platform to both communicate and social sharing.

**What do you like best about Relesys?**

The good customer service and our Key Account Manager.
The front-end is very user-friendly.
The ability to send push notifications.
The ability to integrate into our AD.

**What do you dislike about Relesys?**

The backend is not as user-friendly as most CMS usually are.

Further development of the app often requires customer financing.

**What problems is Relesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can reach all employees at once, both salaried and hourly paid.
Our internal communication has been significantly improved.
The management has achieved a closer dialogue with the rest of the organization.
Higher employee satisfaction.

Ease of use made this a great platform to use; I would recommend this to my co-workers and friends. The affordable price point made this very attractive

I really could not think of anything I didn't like. I would definetely recommend this to any of my colleagues as I feel it is a good value

I have not had any issues as of yet, and I am thrilled with everything. I do like the ease of use
