We really liked the economic and financial charts produced by Fathom Consulting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LSEG Workspace?

Our billing period was changed multiple times without our consent. This lead to confusion on our part, and Refinitiv maximizing what they could charge us. They never really met our expectations for stock and bond index valuations, as they require additional licensing agreements, despite paying over five figures annually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LSEG Workspace?

The best thing which i liked about refinitiv is its a one stop solution for industry analysis reports, pricing data and company wise reports. It is a very wide database that covers multiple industries, topics, regions etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LSEG Workspace?

The one thing which i dislike about refinitiv is that there should be a live helpdesk for customers or for the people who sometimes get stuck or confused with the platform, the live chat support would really help the users to get relevant insights relatively quickly.
