This lead to confusion on our part, and Refinitiv maximizing what they could charge us. They never really met our expectations for stock and bond index valuations, as they require additional licensing agreements, despite paying over five figures annually **What problems is LSEG Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform has been helpful for economic charts. ### 3. It is a very wide database that covers multiple industries, topics, regions etc. **What do you dislike about LSEG Workspace?** The one thing which i dislike about refinitiv is that there should be a live helpdesk for customers or for the people who sometimes get stuck or confused with the platform, the live chat support would really help the users to get relevant insights relatively quickly. **What problems is LSEG Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Refinitiv has often helped me by providing detailed and comprehensive insights across different sectors and companies. The industry-wise reports give a wide range of data, which enabled me to analyze various industries, sub-industries, and competitors more briefly. Choosing your contributor on the dashboard also allows the user to get price information. ### 4.
