It has so many time-saving features, like AI analysis that reviews candidates’ resumes and applications and scores them against our requirements. It also has an AI interviewer, which made it easy to handle screening calls. We were able to do 5,000+ screening calls within a month, which wouldn’t have been possible without the AI interviewer. I like Rena's UI, it's really good, and the automations they have are very helpful too. I also find the two-way AI interviewer to be very useful, especially since we had about 5,000 applications, and we can easily do interviews with everyone using it. I also appreciate the custom-built integrations that they offer. The team was able to handle our integration needs by adding Persona, which was very helpful. I really like that Reena HR is an all-in-one platform. It's pretty user-friendly and has tons of features that are usually outside of typical talent management platforms. I can do almost everything from communication, sending emails, and conducting surveys to getting documents signed and requesting videos. Any aspect of recruitment can be done through the platform itself. I like the multiple uses and features which are all built into Reena HR.
