Kit is genuinely invested in my experience learning platform features and adopting them to best enhance workflows in my role. She always responds promptly with warmth, understands my questions and needs with sharp insight, and provides effective quality solutions. Even more, the team often go the extra mile to provide tailored support for our feature and integration requests. I have not experienced such attentive and consistent long-term customer support anywhere else, and I feel inspired by their work. I should also mention that the UI is much clearer and friendlier than many ATS platforms in the market. Features of AI screening, scoring, filtering, hiring stages and workflows are very helpful.

I can also manage candidates through different stages of the hiring process, either manually or by automating certain actions depending on what works best for me. I really like this flexibility because I can use the platform in a way that fits my workflow instead of having to follow one fixed process. Overall, the range of features and the flexibility they provide make it much easier to manage the recruitment process from one place.
