**What do you like best about Reejig?**

Reejig helps me source most of my material in one location and keeps working for me even when I log out for the day. I also like that I can monitor all of my communications with my talent pool in one location.

**What do you dislike about Reejig?**

It might be annoying to have to switch platforms to converse when a profile lacks contact information. I hope LinkedIn Reejig continue to work together to improve mail nudging.

**What problems is Reejig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an AI-powered souring tool makes the process easier to do in the morning which saves me a lot of time throughout the day.

**What do you like best about Reejig?**

Reejigs commitment to taking feedback and continuously worsening their platform. Even though the new version is still a work in progress Ive noticed improvements in providing candidates and conducting searches.

**What do you dislike about Reejig?**

There are some UI/UX issues like a clunky interface and difficulty with checkboxes. Reejig provides a poor  talent pooling experience. Their collaboration with LinkedIn needs to improve communication with requirements.

**What problems is Reejig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reejigs AI powered sourcing tool falls short is its lack of accuracy in delivering search results. Ive encountered glitches where my job ads dont appear in searches well. The addition of gender criteria on LinkedIn hasnt solved my concerns either.

Reejig illuminates hidden talent, streamlines talent decisions, and empowers organizations to make informed workforce choices. Its impact extends beyond immediate problem-solving, contributing to long-term positive outcomes for businesses

**What do you like best about Reejig?**

We use Reejig for our external market sourcing. I love the ability to group talent together and the fact we have over half a million candidates in Reejig to source from. I have taken complicated briefs from hiring managers and used Reejig to have a list of profiles within minutes. The nudge feature is handy for getting hold of multiple candidates. The chrome extension allows you to import candidates directly from LinkedIn or see their Reejig details on their LinkedIn profile.

**What do you dislike about Reejig?**

Version 2.0 is a work in progress to nail all of the features we got used to in version 1, but the willingness to take on feedback has been extraordinary. We haven't had a whole lot of use of the Talent Communities as of yet; we are still figuring out how they will serve us best.

**What problems is Reejig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reejig allows you to get access to all of your previous applicants, plus get access to all of LinnkedIn's candidates too. The system has a "farming" capability, bringing in LinkedIn talent that matches your required skills. On top of that, it allows you to pool together talent that matches a specific job brief and contact them all at once. I have been able to email  100+ matching candidates from all over the world in a matter of minutes and turn around shortlists in hours because of this capability.

**What do you like best about Reejig?**

Reejig brings the majority of my sourcing activity to one place and continues to work for me once I've logged off for the day. I also enjoy being able to track my talent pool communications in one place.

**What do you dislike about Reejig?**

Profiles with no contact details mean having to change platforms to communicate, which can become tedious. I'd love to see further collaboration between LinkedIn and Reejig to enhance nudging to inmails

**What problems is Reejig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By having an AI-powered sourcing tool, the task becomes a simple and efficient morning routine that saves a significant amount of time in my day.

Candidate Sourcing, it makes resourcing better and gives an overarching view of the market as well as candidates we may have missed in the past.

**What do you dislike about Reejig?**

The new version is very hard to use - makes talent pooling quite tricky and it is very clunky & slow.

**What problems is Reejig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reejig has always been great with being maliable to any issues we may be having, which has been great. It does make resourcing candidates quicker as well which is a great benefit.

Queen is so helpful and puts in so much effort to ensure she gets any feedback and helps as much as possible.

**What do you dislike about Reejig?**

Some of the candidates and searches are not always relevant, however this is something that is consistently improving.

**What problems is Reejig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the accuracy of the AI to assist in more accurate searches for me. Also solving some glitches where my posted job ads are not coming through to an automatic search

**What do you like best about Reejig?**

The links to the socials is very helpful. I also like that we can view their previous application status's as well. The best thing has to be the bulk nudging feature.

**What do you dislike about Reejig?**

Sometimes, the UI/UX can feel a little clunky. I feel like there is a lot of white on most of the pages, and sometimes it's hard to see the checkboxes, etc. Other minor improvements would be wish lists, such as adding SMS to the nudge feature. Custom signals, and maintaining a "Nudge Reply" Inbox would also be helpful.

Reejig is helping me rethink how I should be resourcing.

Potentially ready candidate lists, although the feature is not readily available just yet or it never delivered a solid list of candidates for my searches; matches were too generic

**What do you dislike about Reejig?**

Immaturity of the platform when compared to other platforms that we recruiters have been using for a long time now; using the platform felt like going backwards instead of forward

**What problems is Reejig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, it didn't solve any issues; initially, I was excited by the opportunity to add gender as criterion however such feature is now available on LinkedIn as well, therefore I struggle to find any value from using the platform

It can sometimes struggle when it comes to more technical requirements of roles

**What do you like best about Reejig?**

Reejig is an excellent platform for candidate sourcing. It extracts candidate profiles from most public sourcing channels, eliminating the need to go into different sourcing platforms.

**What do you dislike about Reejig?**

Some candidate profiles doesn't have contact details, which makes it difficult to contact them, and we might also have to navigate to other platforms to find their contact details.

**What problems is Reejig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reejig helps finding candidates who are not registered in popular sourcing channels like Seek Premium search, LinkedIn, etc.
