Reclyra Reviews & Product Details

Reclyra is web-based applicant tracking software for small and medium-sized businesses. Teams publish jobs on their careers page and manage applications together in a clear pipeline. Documents, notes and messages stay connected to each application. Personal links let candidates provide missing documents, while message templates and interview booking help coordinate the next steps. AI-assisted CV analysis compares documents with defined job criteria, identifies supporting passages and marks unclear information. Recruiters review the results and remain responsible for hiring decisions. Team roles and job assignments control access. German and English careers pages and embeddable job listings support the company’s own employer presence.
