Volunteer Treasurer Soccer Club - Banking, Expenses, Invoices. The accounting was a bit of a mess, and it’s a club with volunteers running everything, so we needed something affordable and not scary to manage the money. I don’t have an accounting background at all and I mainly use it to keep track of rego fees, uniforms, general club expenses and a couple of invoice here and there. The bank feeds are great, and the rules make matching the transactions way easier. Support has been good too. I needed help a few times, once with my feed stopped working and another with an invoice. She was able sort it out quickly (user error oops). **What do you dislike about Reckon One?** The dashboard looks a bit dated and sometimes it feels like there are wayyyy too many clicks to get to where you need. Reports can sometimes take a bit to load but for what we use and how often I do it, it’s pretty much fine. **What problems is Reckon One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Reckon, the club did everything in spreadsheets and had a folder of receipts, no one really knew what money was coming in or going out, mystery payments with no notes etc. Now everything’s together, so it’s easy to track and keep the committee updated. It’s basically brought order to the chaos. ### 2.
