## ReadySMS Reviews
  ### 1. Easy enough for a restaurant guy, cheap enough to actually use every week

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about ReadySMS?**

I run a restaurant and send around 25,000 texts a month — reservation reminders, last-minute table fills when we have a no-show, weekend promos for our regulars, birthday offers, and Google review asks after a meal. Before ReadySMS I was paying almost double with another platform and I had to pay my nephew to get it working because it needed some kind of API setup. With ReadySMS I built my first campaign in an afternoon before dinner service, by myself. The pricing is clear — I know what I'm paying per text, no surprise charges on the invoice at the end of the month. They also walked me through 10DLC registration, which I didn't even know was a requirement. Support actually answers the same day, which mattered when I was figuring things out. For a small business owner who is not a tech person, this is the first SMS tool I've used that feels like it was built for me and not for a software company.

**What do you dislike about ReadySMS?**

The reporting could be deeper. I can see opens and clicks but I'd like it to tell me which campaigns actually brought in reservations or led to new Google reviews, not just engagement numbers. The mobile experience is okay but I do a lot of back-office work between lunch and dinner service, and the laptop version is noticeably better than the phone. 10DLC approval took about three weeks — I understand that's a carrier thing and not their fault, but an upfront heads-up that it takes that long would have helped me plan my first promo better. Nothing here is a dealbreaker, but they are real.

**What problems is ReadySMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest one is filling seats. We used to lose a lot of money on no-shows and slow weeknights. Now I send a promo text at 3pm on a slow Tuesday to my regulars list and by 6pm I'm running near capacity. That alone pays for the platform ten times over. The second problem was reminders — a lot of our reservations used to ghost us, and texting a same-day reminder cut our no-show rate roughly in half. The third is reviews. After a good meal I send a short text asking for a Google review and we've gone from a couple reviews a month to 15 or 20, which has helped our listing a lot. Before I started with ReadySMS I was either paying an expensive platform that wanted contracts and per-seat fees, or trying to do this through my POS which didn't give me real marketing tools. ReadySMS is the first one where the cost makes sense for a single restaurant and I can actually run it myself without hiring anyone.

  ### 2. ReadySMS: Affordable, Reliable, and Easy to Launch SMS Campaigns Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about ReadySMS?**

What I appreciate most is how straightforward everything is. You don’t need to jump through a bunch of hoops to get started, and the pricing is very reasonable compared to other SMS tools I’ve used like Twilio. It’s been especially helpful for getting campaigns live quickly without delays. Overall, it just feels like a practical, no-nonsense solution.

**What do you dislike about ReadySMS?**

There are a few areas that could be improved, mainly around reporting and visibility into campaign performance. It would be helpful to have more detailed insights built directly into the platform. Also, as a newer product, you may run into small issues here and there, but nothing that’s been a dealbreaker.

**What problems is ReadySMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ReadySMS, SMS costs were too high and setting everything up took way too long with other providers. ReadySMS helped simplify the entire process — from onboarding to sending campaigns — while keeping costs low. It’s made it easier to consistently run SMS outreach without worrying about margins or technical setup, which has saved time and made operations more efficient overall.

  ### 3. Effortless SMS Marketing with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANton K. | Chief Operations Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about ReadySMS?**

I like ReadySMS for its ease of use, which makes daily operations smoother as I can get campaigns up and running quickly without wasting time. The lower SMS costs are a huge benefit, enabling me to scale outreach without worrying about margins. Friendly and fast customer support is incredibly helpful, as they quickly resolve issues which many other providers do not offer. The quick brand and campaign verification process is especially advantageous since it allows me to start sending messages sooner, rather than waiting weeks like on other platforms. An additional plus was the very easy setup; a support rep called me just 10 minutes after signing up, and everything was registered within 15 minutes.

**What do you dislike about ReadySMS?**

I don't like how they don't have a feature for international numbers. However, they are developing it. They could be better by having a feature that allows voice calling as well. They can also become better by having an AI agent that can respond to your texts.

**What problems is ReadySMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReadySMS solves SMS costs, ease of use, and improves customer care and sales. It helps scale outreach affordably, with fast support responses and quick brand verification.
