Raviga is booking and business management software built for performers who are tired of running their business from spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools. DJs, musicians, bands, magicians, singers, entertainers, and event suppliers use Raviga to manage the complete client journey in one place. Send branded quotations, generate digital contracts with online signing, create professional invoices, and track deposits and payments, all from a single dashboard. Automated email workflows handle confirmations, reminders, and payment receipts, so nothing gets missed between gigs. The platform includes client and venue management, event history, a reusable service catalogue, customisable document templates with your own branding, team collaboration with role-based permissions, and real-time notifications for contract signings and payments. Fully mobile-responsive, so you can manage bookings from your phone at a venue. UK-built with GBP pricing and VAT support as standard, not bolted on as an afterthought. Built by a working performer who got fed up with the admin side of gigging. Raviga is designed around how performers actually run their business.
