**What do you like best about Rasayel?**

I recently encountered an issue reconnecting my WhatsApp number to Rasayel after removing it, and it was a bit stressful at first. Thankfully, I reached out to Rasayel’s customer service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. 
The support rep, Alexandra, was incredibly clear, patient, and walked me through every step of the process without rushing or overcomplicating things. 

She made a potentially frustrating situation feel easy and manageable. Truly appreciate the professionalism and support, this kind of service makes a huge difference. 
Keep up the great work!

**What do you dislike about Rasayel?**

The only downside would just be the duplicate numbers or duplicate chats that appear when sending a campaign to a very large number of clients,

**What problems is Rasayel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anything chat related and Meta/channels related. 
It helped me reconnect my channel after a week of not being able to talk with costumers 

Only to realize i should have reached out to the support earlier, they fixed the issue within just a couple of hours

**What do you like best about Rasayel?**

The HubSpot integration makes it easier for me and my team, and of course the continuous support from the Customer Experience team. Reem has been handling my issues seamlessly for the longest time, and Alexandra has also been a huge help for myself and my co-workers.

**What do you dislike about Rasayel?**

Exporting the kind of data that I want, from a chatbot or a report for example. I also can't create a custom report if I wanted to.
On another note, we don't get Meta's "appointment requests", so it's like we're ignoring people sometimes.

**What problems is Rasayel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offering ease of use and being an omnichannel for multiple sources of inbound messages, and of course the chatbots are a real life-saver sometimes.

Rasayel has been quite a helpful tool for me because its monthly cost is reasonably affordable, and the IT support is fairly responsive. Its API is also user-friendly for integration with our CRM, and there are many customization options available

probably the live support chat, which is not available 24/7. This means I have to wait outside of my office hours if an issue arises, since I live in Indonesia

- The pricing structure isn’t as clear upfront as I’d prefer, which can make it challenging for businesses to budget effectively. Since you can't pay for less than 10 members in your team.
- There’s room for improvement in terms of customization options for workflows and user interfaces to better match unique business needs.
Anyway these downside are nothing compared to how the platform helped me to save time and provide a great experiece for our customer support team.

The level of responsiveness shown by their WhatsApp support team is admirable. The speed, the politeness and behaviour and even following up to make sure that the issue has been resolved is exactly what you'd want from a partner.

There are some missing features that I would prefer if they had, but the team listens and hopefully these features will be available soon.

I like it because Rasayel, especially the customer service, answers my questions when I have difficulty operating Rasayel. Rasayel is also easy to use by my office team.

Sending files to the message recipient through Rasayel is quite difficult because you have to send each file one by one, and you cannot send multiple files at once.

There is a new update from Rasayel, and the feature I usually use, which is Export Contacts, has changed a bit after the update. As a result, I became confused on how to use it. However, after I asked Rasayel directly, the customer service helped me resolve the issue by consulting with their internal team.

Easy to connect with WhatsApp. The interface is user-friendly and the robust features, such as automatic responses and detailed analytics, have significantly improved our customer service operations. Additionally, the support team responds quickly. Another fundamental aspect is that through its APIs (it has 2, one GraphQL and one REST) and webhooks, it is easily integrable with other platforms.

What I really like about Rasayel is how it brings all your messages—whether it’s from WhatsApp, Messenger, or other platforms—into one place. It makes it so much easier to keep track of conversations and reply quickly, so customers get a smooth experience. The automation tools, like pre-set messages and auto-replies, save a lot of time.

Moreover, the integration between Rasayel and Shopify via MESA, changed the automation game for us, we now send customers order notifications, and surveys, straight to their WhatsApp, aside from the beneficial campaigns module that allows us to send targeted campaigns.

More advanced analytics that takes into consideration our working hours and maybe TikTok messenger integration.

Aside from that, everything is smooth.

We just launched a trial with Rasayel some weeks ago and everything is looking great so far. The tool interface is intuitive and well organised and they include plenty of interesting fonctionalities as flows and automations. We were accompanied from a reactive and really nice team who helped us through all the process. Easy to use and to imlement.

The obligation of using templates to start outbound conversations.

**What do you like best about Rasayel?**

Rasayel's UI is amazing. So easy to use. 

Supports all native WhatsApp stuff like voice notes, reactions, replies. These things are important to our customers.

The bot builder was easy to set up. Once I got the hang of it, I spent about an hour building a new flow for my team, and that was enough.

We're also testing the automated follow ups right now (it's called sequences I think), and that's helped us manage our pipeline so much better.

We use both HubSpot and Salesforce, so I'm looking forward to the new Salesforce integration 🤞

**What do you dislike about Rasayel?**

There are some properties in my CRM that I wish I could have two-way sync for. It's not a dealbreaker, and I was told they're releasing a new version next month that does exactly this. Hoping it's what we're looking for. (Right now we sync this part ourselves using Zapier, which Rasayel supports).

**What problems is Rasayel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Managing our sales pipeline better. Most of our customers use WhatsApp to talk to us, and it was hard to keep track of everything when the team was using their personal devices and numbers.

- Preventing lost deals. Having all of our sales deals and chats in one place really helped make sure we don't drop the ball.

- CRM sync and context. This was a huge selling point for us. It's hard to keep on copy/pasting data to and from our CRM and WhatsApp. Now it's pretty much automatic.

- Chatbots. This just made it easier for the team to qualify leads, and it was easy to put together.

The GUI of the platform is amazing, and the simplicity of automation is definitely something that makes rasayel special. The integration of many social media platforms in one place saved us a great hassle.

**What do you dislike about Rasayel?**

Something that I would like to add to rasayel is being able to turn off read receipts on instagram/whatsapp.
I also believe the AI customer support might need further development in the long run.
Other than that, perfect :)

The user interface of Rasayel is based on WhatsApp which everyone is familiar with. This makes the experience very easy to perceive and to use on a daily basis to connect with the customers. You can also categorize your chats based on the lead type.

We’ve been using Rasayel at my company for approximately two years. Overall, I’ve found the program to be comfortable and user-friendly. The mobile application is also quite good. I appreciate Rasayel’s commitment to user feedback and continuous improvement. While there was one update I initially disliked, they actively listened and made positive changes based on user input.

One notable limitation of Rasayel is its inability to merge two chats. And while Rasayel serves well for business communication, it lacks robust options for extracting analytics and metrics.

Rasayel is a very easy to use platform once you get to know how it works. Their customer support is great and always ready to help and give you real answers to your questions. Integration with Hubspot was super easy. We use Rasayel on a daily basis, and we dont have any issues with it so far.

Reaching out to customers ia templates is not ideal, and some templates gets rejected by Meta (nothing to do with rasayel platform).

If you understand at least the basics of any Whatsapp Business implementation, self-onboarding will be a piece of cake.
We added 2 Whatsapp support numbers, chats from Instagram and Facebook, and the profiles of our partners, so if you are a Customer Succes agency, this is the dope.
The other cool thing is that we are experimenting with Google Business chat, and we are selling a lot using this channel! Almost nobody knows, but it is a jewel that we are taking advantage of.

The lack of dashboard, but we are solving this with the OpenGraph API, so is not a big deal.

The great thing is that it is a platform that is very easy to use, very intuitive and maintains the organic characteristics of the original network, for example, you can send audio, multimedia on Whatsapp. 
On the other hand, whenever we have any doubts, the support people answer you right away and follow up on you.
That it can be integrated with Hubspot and Shopify also makes it much easier to access certain information.
And finally, one of the things that I love about the platform is that in the time I've been using it, you can see the evolution in its functionalities, the constant improvements and that the people behind it are very attentive to the user experience.

Capable of lack of information such as a report with data but I imagine it will arrive soon
