The HubSpot integration makes it easier for me and my team, and of course the continuous support from the Customer Experience team. What I really like about Rasayel is how it brings all your messages—whether it’s from WhatsApp, Messenger, or other platforms—into one place. It makes it so much easier to keep track of conversations and reply quickly, so customers get a smooth experience. The automation tools, like pre-set messages and auto-replies, save a lot of time.

Moreover, the integration between Rasayel and Shopify via MESA, changed the automation game for us, we now send customers order notifications, and surveys, straight to their WhatsApp, aside from the beneficial campaigns module that allows us to send targeted campaigns.
