The thing I like the most about Rapidhire is that I can quickly update multiple candidates at the same time. It allows me to keep track of where each candidate is in the hiring process. I'm able to easily see who still needs to have their application reviewed. It also allows me to send a reminder email for their interview and paperwork session. I can manage different job postings all from one easy to use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like the print function to be a bit more user friendly. Sometimes I like to print out a candidates application and it seems to take forever. I would like to be able to print multiple candidates at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
