What do you like best about RallyBoard?

Honestly the easiest association platform I’ve used, and I’ve used a few. Everything for our peer group is in one place. You get matched into a group with people who have similar backgrounds and interests, so it doesn’t feel random, and from there you can see your group, the agenda, chat, and shared files without jumping between tools. Scheduling is the standout. Everyone adds their availability, it finds a recurring time that works for the whole group even across time zones, and books the Zoom automatically. Having the agenda set before each meeting and the chat in between keeps things moving so we’re not starting from scratch every time. What do you dislike about RallyBoard?

What problems is RallyBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest thing is it makes it easy to actually stay connected with other members. Before, peer groups would fizzle out because scheduling was a pain and there wasn’t a good place to keep the conversation going between calls. With RallyBoard the group gets matched well, meetings get scheduled without the back and forth, and we have the agenda, chat, and notes all in one place. Because of that we meet consistently and I’ve built real relationships with people dealing with the same challenges I am at work. It’s turned into one of the most valuable parts of my membership.
