"Radmin Remote Access Software"
What do you like best about Radmin?

The connection is very stable and responds quickly. I can manage the systems by IP or computer name. We use it internally across 37 office locations on more than 1500 computers. We control access through Active Directory. We can quickly transfer files when needed and use the Famatech IP Scanner tool on a subnet and then remote to individual computers when required. I have been using Radmin since 1999 and continue to use it. I have managed several IT departments since 1999 and transitioned each company to Radmin. Not only is it easy to use or teach someone to use, but it is easy to manage and deploy. I have used many other remote software packages, and Radmin continues to be my choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radmin?

We provide support using Radmin to approximately 500 users. Recently, the black screen issue has become a problem with Radmin and a downside to meeting our SLA goals. This problem has become a serious nuisance causing issues for the support team and delays when trying to remote to a user's desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works only for windows clients"
What do you like best about Radmin?

It can be a little more user friendly than team viewer or vnc. You get more of the display themes when remoting into the end user's computer. You can also transfer files from one computer to another fairly easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radmin?

It has a problem when dealing with network configurations on internal network connections. It also could use some support when trying to send commands to a computer. It also doesn't support any other operating systems like Mac OS. They could also use better licensing so when a client is decommissioned, the seat it was taking is returned. "Clean interface, does the job well"
What do you like best about Radmin?

The tool is very easy to use, and a very clean , minimalist gui. It stores my information from previous visits, so I do not have to re-type it each time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Radmin?

So far, for what I use it for, I have zero complaints. Some might think the interface is not modern, but I think it looks fine and prefer these older style interfaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
