What do you like best about QuickFile?

A new age accounting solution supporting easy filing of VAT Returns, interactive dashboard & insights, multiple currencies support for cross-border transactions & translations and, easy generation of financial statements at any given date are some of the best features offered by QuickFile. What do you dislike about QuickFile?

Integration and document management cause various errors at times. Requires lot of improvements in quick fixing of errors for best experience to end-users like us. Also, estimates and forecasting tools need to be augmented further given their importance in financial and business decision making for an organisation. "Quick File is powerful accounting software"

What do you like best about QuickFile?

I love this software because it allows me to create invoices and clients easily and totally online, allowing me to work remotely with my work team from anywhere through any device with access to the application. Another positive feature of this tool is that it has automatic invoices, reminders and labels, and it also allows me to customize the payment terms for each specific client. What do you dislike about QuickFile?

There are not many negative aspects that I can mention about Quick File, however, its interface for mobile devices is not very friendly, I think it could be improved. On the other hand, the reports do not work as well, they are inefficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recommend going to the user guides and the active community forum to better understand the operation of the software and the different tools it offers. I have been using this software for the last few months and the truth is that it has exceeded all my expectations, it is very easy to use and understand. I use this software to carry out all accounting activities related to sales, purchases and invoicing of my company. What do you like best about QuickFile?

You don't need to spend a lot of time training yourself or others on the software. You learn it as you go, and can do some intermediate functions pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not as widely used as some other softwares, plus it's more relevant to UK-based accountants than accountants in North America. I worry that what I've learned from this software will become obsolete once I move from my current company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"good free service that's integrated with HMRC"

What do you like best about QuickFile?

Easy to file VAT function, converting GBP to EUR so that you can pay VAT based on the converted amount, Option to pay for doing year end accounting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickFile?

nothing in particular that would be a major drawback, but I guess if I can pay less for the year end accounting, that'd be great. And the exchange rate between GBP and EUR is not really the rate from HMRC. It's pretty close, but at the moment I'm not sure how anal the HMRC will be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to use it regularly my accounting activities sales, purchased, invoicing. Here I can work very easily. I can make any entry without any confusion. There are amusing features when my invoice is overdue, itself get me reminded to send the reminder to the clients for payment. I can use it from anywhere. My clients get notification from their email and can see their invoice and payments from this software. I can say that really it is an amusing software for all accounting requirements. What do you like best about QuickFile?
