In my experience using GoCo, I really like how easy it is to clock in and out using my phone or my computer it just takes a couple of seconds. Everything I need to help me do my work is right there in the workflow section, like submit an invoice or upload a PO order or just order myself new work shirts. GoCo is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. The interface is visually appealing and natural to work through; the placement of the menu and the design of the pages makes it both comfortable and sensible.

It is an easy-to-use automated interface for running and tracking payroll for employers and employees. Customizable menu tabs for most used or favorites. Easy to assign user roles without giving too much or too little access. Detailed reports are laid out in an easy-to-use reports page. The hold times are often long for support and wait times for processing of corrections or resolutions. The newly required upgraded subscription for payroll tax corrections, even if they are already automated. The inability to use my old invoices after the most recent update without warning.
