Our company uses multiple, unhelpful, dashboards for different aspects of the organization -- except GoCo. Everything in the user interface is very clearly labeled and in a place where my eye expects it to be. In addition, the actual usage of the different form fields doesn't have any hidden redundancy that requires understanding the labyrinth of features to know how to make simple changes to the database that shows across different dashboards. I have never had a need for customer support, and couldn't comment on that accurately -- but I imagine that if their CSR are as helpful as GoCo is effective, then there will never be an issue. I would consider the ease of the design and implementation transparent in the sense that I don't struggle to find my way to the features I need to use -- as if I were looking through a window. For what I use GoCo for, I do not have anything that I dislike, per se. If I had to choose, and this may be a function of the way GoCo is deployed by our company, the length of the self-assessment forms seems unreasonable and asks questions that can't be substantiated. I use GoCo maybe once a week or once a month to enter travel requests and track other aspects of my professional life that are integrated with billing and human resources management.
