I love how easy QuickBooks Online is to use and the design of the interface. I really appreciate how it integrates with so many of the platforms we're already using, making it incredibly convenient. It's great for keeping accurate financial records, and it integrates seamlessly with our donor CRM to ensure that all financial data aligns across systems and with our bank records. QuickBooks Online is considered one of the best accounting tools, and this is evident as it has direct integrations with many other apps and platforms, including integration through Zapier. What problems is QuickBooks Online solving and how is that benefiting you?

They’ve added the AI feature, but so far it hasn’t been that helpful. Its guesses for categorizing expenses have been pretty weak. It has been good at matching deposits to invoices when clients pay just one invoice at a time. I have found the support not very helpful. I've really stuggled to get my issues resolved or to even hear back from the support team. My most recent case was closed without a resolution after I didn't respond for one day. They claimed they would re-open the case and contactme shortly but that never happened.
