QuestWorks is the flight simulator for team dynamics. It's a persistent, AI-powered platform that develops high-performing teams through the proven mechanics of a true RPG. Each week, teams of 2-5 are matched across departments into a 25-minute cinematic, voice-controlled quest. Dozens of adventure genres (steampunk, pirates, sci-fi, and more) create shared experiences where real dynamics emerge: communication under pressure, creative problem-solving, trust, and conflict resolution. No gaming experience required. AI-facilitated and auto-scheduled around your team's calendars, so there's zero coordination overhead. Every session generates behavioral data that gives leaders aggregate insight no survey can capture. Players earn XP for communication, leadership, and creative problem-solving. HeroType personality archetypes surface real strengths visible to teammates. Private HeroGPT AI coaching is delivered via Slack after each session. Players can earn LinkedIn-verified certifications across three tiers (Practitioner, Specialist, Expert) with public verification pages. QuestWorks integrates with Slack for onboarding, invites, leaderboards, and admin commands. A company-wide lobby enables cross-department questing. **What do you like best about QuestWorks?**

I love how QuestWorks gives us insights into how we're working together, and I appreciate the point system as it adds a healthy level of competition. It's consistent, allowing us to pick up where we left off, and provides a fun, collaborative space to unwind and strengthen our team dynamic. The platform serves as a sort of simulator, creating a lower stakes environment to solve problems which makes us more effective in higher stakes settings. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and straightforward, guided through Slack and the QuestWorks platform.

**What do you dislike about QuestWorks?**

Nothing I can think of. Their team has quickly implemented suggested product ideas very quickly.

QuestWorks strengthens team collaboration and culture, providing a fun break from work that helps us understand each other better, leading to increased effectiveness.
