The content library is robust, and it's easy to pickup, even for those that aren't as technologically savvy. Their support line is responsive, always quick to get back to me, even if an answer needs some more work to figure out. **What do you dislike about Crowdpurr?** There could be some quality of life improvements, such as being able to modify content more easily in the middle of a live experience. From an admin perspective, I really appreciated the flexibility of their monthly plans. It was perfect for one-time or occasional events without the commitment of an annual subscription. We had a large group, so we went with the Premium version, which gave us full customization options. We were able to incorporate our company logo and tailor the trivia to our team, which made the experience feel even more personalized and engaging. On the participant side, it was incredibly easy to join. Everyone simply scanned a QR code or entered a short game code on the Crowdpurr website. No app download required, which made access seamless. Overall, the platform was intuitive, professional-looking, and fun to use. We’ll definitely be using it again for future events! **What do you dislike about Crowdpurr?** From an admin perspective, there was a bit of a learning curve at first while navigating the dashboard and figuring out how to create and launch the game, but once I got the hang of it, it was super smooth and intuitive. One feature I really appreciated was the ability to have multiple admins working on the event. My co-host and I were both involved in building out questions and uploading images. However, we did notice a limitation: only one person could actively edit at a time. When my partner was working, I could see her changes happening live on my screen (e.g., switching questions), which made it difficult to work on different parts of the game simultaneously. It would be amazing if future versions allowed independent editing or the ability to lock sections while one person is editing. Overall, the experience was great, and we loved the customization options and flexibility of the platform. I had to manually provide them after I was satisfied with the set of questions I had prepared. I don't think it's a high price but we don't need it on a monthly basis. We also loved the quick-time-event nature of the points system -- we ended up having a close game between our top two teams in terms of the # of right answers, but it all came down to speed. Having that as an automated scoring factor was super fun (and sophisticated). **What do you dislike about Crowdpurr?** When we cast the participant view to the televisons in our coffee bar area, the aspect ratio appeared to be off -- some of the multi-image answer options got cut off. The controls also made it easy for us to determine crowd winners in real time and to look at voting statistics, which made it very fun as this wasn't a traditional trivia game but something based on art. **What do you dislike about Crowdpurr?** Participants had to refresh their browser sometimes to have voting pop up as we had longer periods (6-20 minutes) between questions, but once we knew that was a thing, it worked fine to just tell them. **What problems is Crowdpurr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Crowdpurr let me run an interactive circus show where audiences voted on whether or not acts were based on true or false statements. We were easily able to run the game during the show with one technician, easily determine winners in real time, keep track of their emails for prize draws, and tailor artistic tweaks to the acts based on the voting statistics Crowdpurr that kept track of. The site has so many fun features that add to the excitement, including a real-time tally board. You can customize everything. But I don't like that I can only have 20 participants at a time and only three experiences at a time. Easiliy integrated into most presentation style equipment, just need a laptop/phone and a large screen! **What do you dislike about Crowdpurr?** The only constructive criticism I have is the UX/UI, it is not the most visually appealing product in this space, but certainly is functionally competitive if not superior. **What problems is Crowdpurr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Crowdpurr as a crowd engagement tool to host two large Christmas events for our employees. I like that I can upload my own images or use gifs with with questions and we've never had any major issues with users connecting to the experience. I've used it twice now with about 25 players each time and got nothing but rave reviews from our employees. **What do you dislike about Crowdpurr?** I've yet to get the drag and drop question type to work properly.. it doesn't show the correct order even though it's set correctly in the question editor. Also the interface for creating the games took a second for me to figure out. I used the software as a part of a magic show and won uk best family entertainer. **What do you dislike about Crowdpurr?** The price is quite high if you're not doing regular paid work with the software. The supply of ready-made quizzes and trivia, along with the different game formats make for an endless supply of material to engage my coworkers. **What do you dislike about Crowdpurr?** I've found Crowdpurr's games to be easy and engaging. I haven't yet been able to find a downside. The only thingclose to a dislike is that the monthly subscription is $50. I wish it was between $30-40. Their free version is still an amazing value because if you are open to having people play in small teams you have way more than just 20 players. **What problems is Crowdpurr solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem we often have is trying to keep people engaged for our larger staff meetings. We want them to get the info we are putting out there but we also want them to have a positive experience. The quizzes (trivia) and games (bingo) are entertaining and don't require a lot of preparation for us to put together. The games are easy for people to join and participate in. ### 38. We did an ugly sweater holiday bingo happy hour, and after our all-hands meeting we did the holiday trivia. The rules were simple enough for everyone to understand and they were able to easily access the games on their phones. **What do you dislike about Crowdpurr?** If someone uses their computer browser to play trivia or bingo the images and text were pretty small. And the bingo card images on phones were difficult for some people to see. **What problems is Crowdpurr solving and how is that benefiting you?** My company has been 100% remote since the start of the pandemic, when our DE&I program had just started. We did trivia for Pride Month in 2020 using Slack but that didn't work very well. We also used Kahoot a few times but I didn't like the interface and it wasn't as customizable as I would like. I used Crowdpurr for Hispanic Heritage Month in 2021 and everyone loved it, and I've been using it ever since. ### 39.
