I like that Qualtrics Employee Experience offers a comprehensive set of features to help me measure and manage employee engagement. It has everything from surveys, 360 feedback, and sentiment analysis to engagement dashboards and actionable insights. It also has a great user interface that makes it easy to collect and visualize data. I also like that I can integrate the tool with other products, like Slack or Salesforce, and that it allows me to customize the surveys and feedback forms.
