What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience?

The Qualtrics Employee Experience platform is easy to use and empowering for your experience practitioners. It has helped us execute cyclical, event-driven, and ad-hoc surveys to a degree we previously could not achieve. The consultative expertise of the IO psych teams at Qualtrics cannot be understated. Without the help of expert practitioners, we would not be where we are today. Access to these teams is somewhat limited, and the company prefers to partner with 3rd parties to deliver this expertise. Once integrated, the platform is straightforward to use with little support from the Qualtrics tech side. Qualtrics EX is an excellent option for anyone who doesn't need a hands-on vendor and is comfortable enough in their EX maturity to administer their programs with little insight or oversight or anyone who prefers to use 3rd party support for the consultative services. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?

SSO and integration are still somewhat of a sticking point. The design time for large-scale projects can also take longer than anticipated.

The overall survey process was cumbersome and challenging to navigate before using Qualtrics EX. Qualtrics Employee Experience has the best platform to create, manage and analyze 360-degree surveys to get detailed insights into peers in your organization. Many questionnaire templates are available with Qualtrics EE, and the feedback we get using these well-researched questionnaires is well-detailed and scalable enough to reshape our policies and organizational environment accordingly. Qualtrics EE is an excellent HR tool, and I have produced quality employee engagement and 360-degree surveys using the prebuilt templates. We also use it for polls, suggestion surveys, event planning, employee feedback, structured interviews, manager scorecards, and multiple other HR tools. There are several benefits of Qualtrics EE, and in my view, the most important is the help it provides in redefining organizational HR policies and transforming the culture into more employee-friendly. The employee suggestion box is another excellent feature of the product as it helps us get anonymous suggestions, which employees are usually afraid to share openly. The tool overall is intuitive. Hoping the guides are more on video rather than text or screenshots. The community is also helpful. As a first time user of Qualtrics. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?

Data integration to other databases like SAP seems complicated. We need to pay third-party support to configure it, which takes many billable hours. Validating dashboard data is challenging as I need to move to a different tab to see the actual data. This would be a better user experience if something like excel that if you select the filter, you can download those data components within the filtered dashboard.
