What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience?

UI is excellent and friendly on both mobile and desktop. The survey design tools are exceptional and best in class. Action planning support is robust along with analytics and insights being simple to surface from collected data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?

Whilst integration capability is strong, such as good SSO support, further development is required in this space to ensure greater integration capabilities with third-party systems (either via API or other means). SFTP is good however some ciphers are not supported which may be a problem if a HRIS is used where ciphers cannot easily be altered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualtrics Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employee listening is a critical function and Qualtrics allows for employee lifecycle events to trigger employee listening actions with minimal manual intervention. I have been using this tool for more than 3 years. This tool is straightforward to use and even for beginners because of GUI based. The features I like the most are dashboard, quotas and survey flow which are easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qualtrics makes survey scripting very much easier. The dashboard is completely accomplishing its purpose. Visual appearance is the most appealing.
