The project we run with Qualsights delivered above expectations: delivered in time (even after last minute scope additions), the teams and support are very easy to work with and always available to give advice and recommendations. What do you dislike about QualSights? No big downsides, the platform is a bit hard to navigate at first but Susan and the team were here to support, on top of training materials available on demand. We had the challenge to reach out to a lot of different customers across the globe on various topics. Qualsights enabled us to do so in record time. I used Qualsights quite often as a market researcher at General Mills. I loved that they could get feedback from consumers in the consumers' own environment (their home), and on the consumers timeline. The videos were always very insightful and I got tons of actionable information from the research. QualSights is a complete game changer when it comes to doing qualitative research. Instead of doing only live interviews, I can learn from a large number of people - anywhere in the world - in any langage, and they can answer questions in their own time, in any context. It allows me to learn about consumer behavior in the moment that matters, whether it be in-store, while using the product, or any other appropriate time. Very rarely are you able to see such a clear sight of what is actually in the consumer's pantry and how they work in the comfort of their own home! On top of this, everything is recorded so I can watch and rewatch everything as well as share with my cross functional partners in a clear and concise way (which the platform allows me to do).
